My goal is to help identify new and repeat obstacles that hinder your progress and break your exercise habit. Accountability, paired with coaching, will reinforce your fitness goals. By gaining understanding and seeing results, you will feel better mentally and physically.

One of my TOP priorities is helping my clients live pain-free.

I see clients who have suffered with unnecessary pain from poor posture, too often. Their muscles are tight and their opposing muscles are weak. This can be changed.
