You’ll learn good form, posture, and breathing. Your workouts could include: Yoga Poses, Floor Pilates, BOSU Exercises, Resistance Bands, Body-Weight Exercises, Weight Machines, Dumbbells, Balance, and Hanna Somatics. I will demonstrate each movement first. I will help you to repeat it. If the movement is not agreeable to you, a new replacement one will be shown. Having a positive response to exercise helps build exercise adherence. Your feedback is vital. I’ll check-In with you often.
