What Growing Strong Is

Growing Strong Coaching is what I do as a physical trainer to help women and men exercise in a way that gradually, but surely, makes their bodies and minds more flexible, stronger and relaxed.

If you have avoided gyms or are intimidated by exercise, let me show you how exercise can be non-threatening. I will break exercises down into easy to process steps. We will start slowly and add more as your body and mind adapt.
